Renovated by Imatran Yh-Rakennuttaja Corporation. Emphasis has been put on enhancing the habitability of the premises. On the inside the room divide of the apartments was reconsidered while the exterior was livened up by accentuating the already existing lines and shapes, as well as with the skilled use of color. The yard was redone to increase its functionality.
