Ideark designed the architectural image for the international Ramada hotel chain in Finland.

Hotels in Helsinki, Vantaa, Turku, Tampere and Oulu were renovated to meet a common criteria and look. The functionality of the premises were given a boost by remodeling the entrance and lobby areas. The colors and materials were chosen to fit each location specifically.

In the summer of 2004 the city of Espoo together with the Finnish Association of Architects organized an explorative invited competition to design a children’s home in Saunalahti, Espoo. Front-row architect offices were asked to submit their designs for the challenging and exciting building site.

Ideark’s proposal was a bold vision of a building situated on a set of pillars that left the yard free for other use.
